I just bought "cherry plum" by Bach. It says it helps you act rationally and think clearly with a calm and balanced mind when you fear losing control. You can mix it in your drink or put it on your skin. . I hope this stuff works! I also got rescue remedies natural sleep aid

I was wandering..do any of you take anti-depressants or anxiety meds? I would like to get
off my medication. has anyone been on these kind
of drugs and then switched to natural remedies?
I feel very dependant on these meds. and would like to not be...if there is a healthier alternative.

I was on a few SSRI's and now I am not. I am currently on ativan but slowly weaning off. I just bought a lot of matural stuff for my anxiety. Some stuff called PHARMAGABA, This stuff called cherry plum from Bachs remedies and rescue sleep aid also by bach. . oh I also went to an herbalist and take herbal supplements. . I know they have more natural alternatives such as St. johns wort, 5-htp and sAME. BUt you cannot take them simultaneously with ssri's. . Its worth looking them up online.. Or better going to a health store and talking to someone who knows a lot about it. I usually talk to the owners who are very knowledgeable. GOOD LUCK!! also, what do you take?
