While I was pregnant with my second child my panic attacks came back with a vengeance. It was during my fifth month. My doctor and ob consulted with each other and decided that either Zoloft or prozac would be ok choices. I chose Zoloft. I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy four months later.

If you have any questions or just feel like talking please drop me a note!

I asked my OB about my panic attacks and birth and he said when you are giving birth your adreniline kicks in and most people do not have problems with panic attack. I also took 20mg of Prozac during my pregnancy. I did have some panic attacks durning my pregnancy but once I was told it would not hurt the baby they did lessen. I now have a beautiful 1 year old boy. Just take time to take care of you and you will be fine.

IF anyone has questions about meds during pregnancy there is a great program called mother risk.com for the US and for those who are canadian they can link with the site through sick kids hospital web site. My mother is a nurse and worked on the labour and delivery
floor for 35 years and she gave me the info. I think that if anyone has any questions they have a great knowledge of meds during pregnancy and beyond. That is all they do and I called them myself and I think that they where very understanding and informative.
