He says he reads and reads about these types of meds and we as drs are just now starting to know how to work them. Yes, I do. That is the main reason I take Lexapro. It was getting to the point where 2 weeks out of the month I felt really bad, headaches, joint pain, anxiety, mood swings, basically every symptom of really bad PMS. That then led to me starting to have mild anxiety on those good 2 weeks because I would dread the 2 weeks before my period. The Lexapro has totally rid me of the anxiety and the PMDD. So I am very thankful to be feeling well again.

Hey Evod, I am on 60 mg of cymbalta which has been a GODSEND for me. It has helped with depression from my son being murdered as well as with the anxiety. I also take oxycontin for horrible back pain and xanax for those dys when nothing else works. The cymbalta though has been a majior reason I am able to funtion these days. Good luck finding what is right for yo9u, Bruce

Hi! I am taking 120 mg of Cymbalta and .5 mg of Klonopin twice a day for depression, OCD, GAD, and Panic Disorder. My stress is so great right now that the Cymbalta is not working as I'd like. I guess we'll see what happens when I return to the dr in September. Good luck on your new meds!
