have you tried the relaxation cd?... or warm milk, or chamomile tea?... or writing, reading, drawing Lucinda says we are most creative when we are tired... and if we write our concerns down on paper... sometimes we get answers in dreams... it's worth a try... good luck!

Julie...Honey, we all make mistakes in our lives. No one is perfect...believe me...

Do not allow yourself to stay awake because of mistakes you have made. Realize that we all are human!!!

If you believe in God...Then give this to him...Ask him to forgive you, and forgive yourself...

No reason to beat yourself all the time. We cannot live in the past. It will also lead to depression, if we even try. We cannot live in the future, since, the future doesn't even belong to us, it belongs to God...Living in the future causes anxiety.

We cannot change our past. It is over and done. We can learn from our mistakes, and that is all.

Beating yourself up isn't going to change anything. Try living in the present. By living in the past, you are missing the precious moments in your life, which you can never get back.

If something is bothering you, take action to remedy it. If you can't then, pray, let go and let God...That is all any of us can do....

Beating yourself up will never change anything...You are just self-punishing...
Why would you want to do this to yourself?

We cannot change the past...Period...Let Go and Let God...

Guilt trip...I will not buy the ticket...God Bless
