Hi All,

Since you are both new and may not be on meds or want to learn about meds you may be prescribed. I am going to refer you to a thread that might be helpful.

<A HREF="http://bbs.stresscenter.com/eve/forums/ ... 4911068246" TARGET=_blank>http://bbs.stresscenter.com/eve/forums/ ... 1068246</A>

The information is out there you just have to know where to or know how to search or use google search engine.

On the question of finding a Doctor or therapist, you might start with your health insurance provider and check the resources that may be there. Moreover they should also have a physician directory of Medical Professionals that are in network. Additionally, many health insurance providers also have trained people to handle stress, anxiety and depression help desks.

Sometimes it is hard to see the forest through the trees, and a little guidance and direction may be helpful.

Hey Stacy I took Zolof for a short time and didnt like the side effects. It took me a couple weeks to get it out of my system. I have heard of it helping some poeple but it sucked for me. Since then I decided to not take any meds. It seems it is too hard tom find a med that works so I chose not to take any. I was having panic attacks daily and bad general anxiety. It has gotten better through therapy sessions and this. Good Luck!! Have you tried already to come off it. I saw a forum of people talking about it. I will look for it and let you know.
