Are you going through some pretty bad anxiey right now?
When my anxiety is bad, I wake up every morning with a knot in my stomach and a complete disinterest in eating and if I do eat, I feel like I'm going to get sick.
Do you eat before bed? Maybe you have some kind of acid reflux or something.
It's easy to let our minds irrationalize simple things that are happening in our bodies. I wouldn't be to worried about having a heart attack.

I don't get indigestion - but I suppose you'd have to be able to eat something for that to happen!
When i get extreme anxiety, like i've had for the past 5 weeks now, I can hardly eat a thing. I've lost 6lbs just not being able to eat very much so far. I get worried because I'm afraid to be mal-nourished on top of everything else!
However, before bed is when I usually feel at my best lately. I make sure i'm tired enough to sleep which isn't hard with my medication and the anxiety I had been facing all day long, and then I curl into bed with my dog, my journal, a book (Right now I have a reptil magazine, dog magazine, the book 'A New Earth', a Leonardo Davinci artist book, and my anxiety and phobia workbook - which i've been getting through slowly.) So I read until I'm tired....then I sleep within a few minutes...it takes my mind off of everything else...I literally read until my eyes start to close on their own.
That may help as well, to relax you before bed. There are also some herbal teas (caffein free) some of which are sleepy time teas...this may help with both nausea and indigestion. Hope that helps at least a little.
