I have to agree with everyone else, it's out of your system and you are doing this to yourself. I am not sure about side effects with one pill, but even if you did it's gone by now. I was on wellbutrin for 2 weeks and suffered from every side effect it has, but once I figured out thats what was causing it, I stopped taking it and was fine within 2 or 3 days. Are you doing the program at all?

Are You A Good Friend To Yourself?

Friendship with oneself is all-important, because without it one cannot be friends with anyone else...
--Eleanor Roosevelt

If you met yourself, would you want to stick around and talk? Are you the kind of person others can be proud of? Hopefully you are, because that's who will be with you for your entire life. Your values and beliefs create a pretty good picture of what you want to see in the mirror. To be proud of yourself, do everything you can to make real life look like that vision. Find people that have the qualities you want and learn from them. Becoming a person you like gives you the confidence that you're someone worth being friends with. There's also a flip side to the friendship coin--you also need to cut yourself as much slack as you do your friends. You have friends because you see the good in them, not the flaws. You like them the way they are, warts and all. You enjoy their company and root for them to be happy and do their best. Look at yourself the same way. To be a good friend to yourself, accept your blemishes, while still pushing yourself to reach your full potential. Don't harp on your weaknesses... Take another look in the mirror and be kinder this time...

PAXIL IS AN SSRI. ON THE AVERAGE IT TAKES ANY WHERE FROM THREE TO SIX WEEKS TO KICK IN. ONE PILL WOULD DO NOTHING. BESIDES IT DOES NOT SPEED YOU UP OR SLOW YOU DOWN. IT JUST SLOWS THE RE-UPTAKE OF A NEURO CHEMICAL CALLED SERATONIN, WHICH GIVES YOU A NATURAL FEELING OF WELL BEING.
YOU GET SERATONIN FROM FOODS YOU EAT.
TRYPTOPHAN IS THE PRE CURSSOR TO SERATONIN WICH YOU GET IN TURKEY AND BANANAS. BY HAVING MORE SERATONIN FLOATING AROUND IN YOUR BRAIN YOU WILL NATURALLY FEEL A BETTER SENSE OF WELL BEING. MOST PEOPLE GO OFF THE MEDICATION BEFORE IT EVEN HAS THE CHANCE TO KICK IN BECAUSE THEY ARE LOOKING FOR FAST RELIEF. YOU ARE REACTING TO A VERY SLOW DRUG. I AM SORRY BUT THIS IS ALL IN YOUR HEAD. THATS WHY IT IS CALLED ANXIETY. AS SOON AS YOU ACCEPT THE FEELINGS YOU ARE HAVING YOU THEN WILL STOP FIGHTING AND YOU WILL START TO LET GO. FEELING BETTER IS JUST A DEEP BREATHE AWAY. JUST LET IT GO!
