good days supplement with rx meds?

I just received my good days supplement free 30 day supply in the mail but i was kind of apprehensive of taking them b/c I am currently taking zoloft and xanax xr...does anyone know if you can take the good days supplements if you are currently taking other meds? thanks!

I have wondered the same thing. I'm taking Klonopin and I was a bit hesitant to take the one tablet with the herbs lik epanax ginseng in it. So I've been taking the multi vitamins but not taking the herbal tablet or the fish oil one. Maybe you could take the vitamin box to your pharamicist and see what he/she can tell you about any interactions with your meds. Good luck to you!
