Klonopin

Hi I'm Texx. Just started this program. I have been on Klonopin .05mg 3 times a day.Procribed by my Doctor to heip get through stress and aniety at work. And also for help to sleep. I have worked at a metal shop for 13 years. The company changed hands 5 years ago. At that time we got a new shop mgr. that new nothing about the bussiness. He was Very abusive to me on a daily basis, because I think he was threatened by my me. I ran 3 Departments and within a year I began having a lot of health problems. I had so many tests over a period of time and everything turned out normal. My Doctor sent me to a Phychicrist and he said I had Aniexty and Depression. And gave me this medication. The Doctor then sad I needed so time off, so he took me off of work temp. I wanted to try this program so I can hopefully get better and off the meds. And feel I need a career change.
So thats the story. Hope this program can help Me.

Hello. I also take Klonopin .05 mg 2x a day. I take it for OCD anxiety health worries. I can relate somewhat to your story also. I lost a job that I loved last year. The company relocated out of state. I think that had a lot to do with my OCD anxiety becoming pronounced in my life again. Work is a major part of our life, when it is disrupted in some way, it can be devestating. The people we work with every day, especially managers or people in lead roles, can cause a great deal of anxiety to us. I have been down a similar road in that regard. I think you are wise to be taking the steps you are taking in order to get this under control now. I made a career change and I never realized how freeing and wonderful it can be. Remember change is an ccelerating mechanism. It can bring about hardship and anxiety if you try to avoid it, but tremendous oppportunity if you accept and welcome it. Don't let any self talk in your head prevent you from staying on the path to wellness. I am new to this community as well, and have found tremendous support from the people here. Good luck to you in every way.
