Constipation hasnt been a problem for me if anything I have noticed a much better regulated system. I agree with Rick try some fiber like an apple or raisins or even a glass or apple or grape juice are excellent and drink water...water keeps everything moving better.
I like the vitamins as well so I understand your desire to keep taking them....check your diet and your excercise level.....sometimes we are eating foods that cause us to back up like rice and calcium is a wonderfull nutrient but it can cause constipation too.....so make sure your adding some fiber type foods like I mentioned and see if that doesnt help.
