I just caught a segment on Dr Oz where he was promoting Passionflower extract as a safe and natural remedy for anxiety and or insomnia. He tasted a drop on his tongue and he said it had a pleasant taste. But he did mention that you talk to your pharmacist to make sure you don't have any meds that can have a bad interaction with it. Also it wasn't recommended for pregnant or nursing women.
I think it might be something cool to look into for those opposed to taking meds.

Has anyone here tried it and had good or interesting results from it? Just curious.

Hi I saw that Dr. Oz show also and was wondering about it. I really would like to try it but wanted some feed back. Hopefully someone knows something about it.

Jill, I know right. I guess I will have to see if my health food store carries it and what they say. I am interested and wonder if it is safe for everyday use and if it works.
