Celexa switch to ???

I've been on Celexa for 8 years now having increased my dosage over time from 10mg to 50mg now. Has anyone here been on Celexa for a long period of time, found that it stopped working as well, and switched to something else that worked better? Less side effects (sexual)?

I am currently on celexa, I've only been on it since August but I am at 40mg. I have felt like I need to up my dose but don't know if its just from having a bad day so I try to just work through it, and so feel like its not working I agree but then I'm afraid to stop taking it because of how I felt before I took it.
