ativan 1mg question
i've been on a .5 ativan since may. usually take one everynite before bed time, smetimes a few hours before bed. smetimes i notice it helps when i hve anxiety an calms me sme an get tired. so i jst got 1mg of it, and i have been cutting the 1 mg in half so i hve .5 at night. but i was wondering if anyone takes 1mg. and if so, how does it make you feel? would it be a bad thing if i started taking 1mg a day at night, or maybe take .5 in day an one at night. ne suggestions?
