Celexa & sleeping/weight gain

Okay so I took paxil for a few months when I started experiencing heart palpatations, so they switched me to clexa 20mg. Well my panic attacks got a little better but I am still depressed and have anger issues. So the DR upped my dose to 40mg.....IS this going to help me or should I try another med??? Also since I have been taking this medicine I have gained alot of weight(which could be from not exercising) and I'm tired all the time, I could sleep all day and night with no problems...is this because of the celexa or my depression???

It could make ya even more tired, and weight gain is a side effect. I think it's the celexa. When I was on celexa I was tired alot at first but then it got better, and the highest dose I was ever on with that was 60mg. Or it could be the combination of both the depression and the anti-depressant. Then again im just a geek not a doctor lol. I hope this info helps
