New to the Group

Hi Everyone. I did the program on and off previously for the last ten years but only made it to about tape five. This time I hope to get all the way through. Not just hope but genuinely try.
I am excited to get to be on this forum with all of you and have others to talk to who are going through what I am.
I am ready for my life to be better, I have achieved so much in my life and I am blessed. I know this program works and I can be happy again. I am so grateful for this forum and I am here to listen and help you in your journey, please help me in mine.
