I am in the process of following the Combatting Stress and Depression Program program for my anxiety that gets triggered by excess amount of stress.
I had purchased the program a long time to help other family members but now I will try to use it to help me.
Need to sort out the order in which to follow the program.

Hi Mike,
There is a recommended weekly schedule on page 9 in the guidebook. I really like the layout of that.
There are the basics we do daily and then we move in-between the guidebook and the lessons. It's laid out nicely. Let me know if you have any questions I am happy to help.
