Thanks but I would not go as far as claiming to be the official CBT spokesperson on here. How about one of many CBT proponents? That has a much nicer ring to it now doesn't it

I didn't get a notification but I thought I posted my two cents here earlier? I love the book and still use the TEA forms almost daily.
