Living the Truth, by Dr. Kieth Ablow. It is kind of a guide for going back and learning the whys and whats of where and how we get to the messes we make for ourselves by identifying and breaking learned unhealthy mental behaviours.
Everyone has some dysfunction and it can be a eye opener. Not a short read though. It does take effort and the payoff can be great.
