djbasx007,

Thanks for the reminder to stick with it and that there's proof in this program working thru others. I guess that's why these blogs exist. I called my doctor today. They had given me Xanax that I never went ot pick up. I had lost my job then and I didn't have any $$ either. That's probably good that I can't afford the Xanax. But today, I was so very depressed. I called to ask for help. They referred me to a psychiatrist. Why do I know better, but I can't seem to do better? I appreciate your support. Thank you again.

just make a list of your problems and then form a plan of action to eliminate them. and everday do the best you can and no matter how much progress you make give yourself positive affirmation for doing so. make sure you cut all sugar and caffiene from your diet as well as exercise daily!! believe me it adds up and before you know it you will be on your way :)

as far as xanax goes i tried it a couple times and did not like it at all.

I'm gulping wine at the moment and doing research online. What do you do for exercise?

i used to play racquetball 3 times a week, then when i started having panic attacks i was too afraid so i quit playing for a couple of months, but now im back playing again :) i also go bikeriding a couple times a week. going for walks is helpfull too. you just have to make sure you eat right, take vitamins and exercise because you are basically trying to rebuild a whole new you. at least thats what i did. that along with the CBT the program offers works wonders!! your body is more resiliant than you think!
