My boyfriend (ex-husband) met another girl and brought her home to stay overnight with him. He is mentally abusing me by doing these kind of things. I have a child from him and he has two more from a previous marraige. I did not want the boys to have to change their lives again, because there Daddy seems to be following the same pattern with woman that caused our divorce in the first place.. I am the custodial parent of our son we had together. I know we are not suppose to make life changing decisions at this time, but I had no choice and asked him to leave for my sanity and my sons sake. I guess a lot of unexpected things will continue to happen in our lives to highten the anxiety and panic attacks. I think that I have made the right choice because when he is not here , I am at peace and can focus on my recovery. Does anyone have any advice?

Your are a worthwhile and valuable person. Please don't every allow anyone else to devalue you. You are correct: focus on your recovery. But you don't have to put up with abuse today or tomorrow. Be somewhere safe, and focus on your recover. I wish you the best.
