Hi Stacy,

I know how you feel, but try and turn it around. Give the program a chance, how far along in the program are you? I know what you mean by trying to think positive, but not believing it. Just remember that it takes time, and we need to practice. It doesn't come natural to us to think positive, so we need to work on it for a while. Have you tried to say things that you can actually believe? Like, you are very brave for doing the program, you are strong writing on the community and even if you don't belive that you will ever get rid off the anxiety and depression (I think we all fear that) we have to keep working. We get ten good minutes, and then we get fifteen and then 30... When we least expect it we have a good day, and when we get that good day, we get more energy to keep trying. Sometimes we have to collect beliefs along the way in order to get to the finish line, right? You are stronger than you think. Let me know how you are. Best, H
