If so I have a program I bought about 6 years ago. It has the older tapes. It has the jump start video, and carry along cards. You would probabaly need to buy a workbook, as mine is half filled out, and I am not sure how much those are. I am recovering from agoraphobia and since the thought processes are so complex with this particular condition and there is a pretty precise(sp) way to recover from agoraphobia I didn't find it helpful for my needs . It probably is good for combating general anxiety though. Anyway it is just sitting in the house doing no good here....I figured why not see if someone here would like it that maybe couldn't afford this program new. I am not sure what to ask since it is older, but you can make me an offer if interested.
