Does anyone know how much coaching costs and how long the sessions are? Do they accept payment plans? Also has anyone here gone through coaching and found it helpful?

Hello
I went through the coaching program from Dec-April. It cost approximately $2000. They did have different options for payment. I belive you receive 14-17 lessons. I received 17 lessons because I was fortunately able to pay up front.

I know it is very expensive and may not be for everyone. It certainly helped me. I had had the program a number of years but would start and stop many times over the years, never being able to finish.

Knowing a coach was to be calling me weekly and the amount of money I had spent helped to make me accountable and it also helped me to stay focused.

The coach program is very tailored to what my specific issues/concerns were. I have come an incredible distance but it is something I need to continuely work on. I have recently restarted the program to address a few things that still need some work. I wish good luck in your recovery. Take care and God Bless.

I went through the coaching program, and found it very helpful. It addressed my particular concerns and problems, and I always felt better and continually motivated after talking with my coach. I had gone through most of the program by myself, and even though I was good about doing the work, I felt that I didn't "get" it. Having a coach, someone who had been where I was, so they really knew and understood, meant a lot to me. I still have things I need to work on. I have had close to sixty years of anxiety and depression. I have tried so many things that I can't list them all. This program and the coaching are the first things that have really started to make a difference. I think that the principles that are taught are just a good way to live your life, regardless of the anxiety, panic and depression. Good luck to you and I hope that whatever you chose to do, that you continue in the program
