Has anyone ever skipped around lessons when doing the program? I'm currently on session 3 but I want to skip to lesson 10 and go back when i'm done with that lesson. I currently have these obsessive thoughts that I want to get rid of and I'm assuming that's what session 10 is about. Can anyone give me some feedback...should I follow the sessions in a consecutive order or would it be alright to skip around?

I did it too but I ended up doing it a 2nd time the right way with a coach and I think it was better. They build, lesson upon lesson.

Is it free to call the coaches or is there a fee for it?

There is a fee associated for the coaching program. The coaching program is expensive but the StressCenter.com has several payment options available. Take care and God Bless.

How much does coaching cost exactly?

I think that the coaching may cost a couple grand, but don't hold me to it. If you just want a little advice on how to do the program, you can call the number with your program where it says they can help you get started. You'll call in and they'll take your number and then someone will call you back in like 5-15 minutes. I did that once for help with getting started and it was free and they were great. A lot of people say the coaching program is great and I'd proably do it if I had that kind of money. Good Luck!
