Moving on
This weekend I listened to lesson 5 and did not really relate to it. I feel I am pretty good in the diet and exercise, well at least diet catagory. No caffine, no chocolate, and very little refined sugars. So went on to Lesson 6 and once again am not relating. I don't really get angry. I am sure I am that Passive person they mention. So for anyone who has gone completely through the program, do you see a problem doing the homework and moving on, I just don't really see a point in relistening to the tape three more times. I know that I will repeat the program at least one more time completly anyhow. Would appreciate any comments. Thanks, Tee
