did you know this whole this is a scam? they won't even tell you about the shipping costs on their "free" cd! i called to tell them i was broke and in need of help- but all that was told to me over and over was " are you calling for the free cd?"
"is the shipping free, like it says on your commercial? TOTALLY free cd sent to your home?"
"the *CD* is free"
"but is the shipping free?
"the cd is free,ma'am..."
this went on enough to be comical. god knows if your admin loons have my number now. did they get you all for the $400 "upgrade to dvds" if you paid now as opposed to the "outdated vhs" that were currently ordered (this woman SAID this? does that mean you're outdated, scam artists or both?) i asked what the dvds were about. silence. then again....wait for it... "are you calling about our free dvd?" good god.

Sounds like you had a bad experience with a phone operator. I wouldn't go as far as saying the whole thing is BS..
You obviously called because you need help so I would urge you to at least read the very forums your complaing in and see how many people it has helped including me.
If you believe this is to be a scam then perhaps you should seek help from a psychologist instead of investing your money here.
This so called scam dug me out of a huge hole in my life and I am sure it would assist you as well. If you can't afford it as you had stated I would suggest you look on Ebay for a second hand copy perhaps.??..?

I'm sorry for your experience. Mine was great. I was calling crying at 1:30 am in the morning and desperate. I got a really wonderful young lady. I know this is expensive but less expensive than seeing a shrink. i can tell you that the program is every well worth it!! I am taking it slow and am seeing improvement. The day before i called I was headed with the paramedics to the hospital with a major anxiety attack at work!! Most embarassing. I talked them out of it by convincing them to let me take one of my Klonopins. Through this course i have stopped having daily panic attacks and the ones I have had I have mostly talked myself out of them with the help of what I am learning from the CD's. You are worth paying the shipping charges!!! Best wishes.

Bottleupandexplode, I know how you feel about the expense. But you can't get upset with StressCenter, they are a private company who can not give free help. I myself was looking for free help and called the county mental health center, but they want 90 bucks per session. I told them I was broke and they couldn't help. THOSE are the ones I personally am mad at - the government entities which we keep open with our tax dollars.
