Hi everyone. I just got back from a week long boat trip with my family on Lake Powell. Man was I stressed out about the whole thing! But once I got there, it was beautiful and relaxingand great!!. Not limiting yourself just because you are afraid. Work through that fear and discomfort and trust yourself and each time you pass through a tough time, you will be that much stronger for the next. My husband has some good suggestions and he mentioned that instead of worriers, we are warriors! Take on mentality of a warrior, not weak but strong. Think about the difficult times in your life that you have made it through. How we are stronger than we realize. That we are overcomers and we will beat this anxiety thing! I know there are difficult days ahead, but I also know there are really good days ahead too. Prayers to you all. Thanks for listening.

Congrats to both of you. Taking risks and using your successes, whatever they may be, to propel yourself forward is the fastest way out to heal. I like you're husband's advice and I think I'll shine up my warrior gear for tomorrow!

Be well,
Jamie

That is cool CathyB.

I am stepping out myself and starting piano lessons again, next week. And various other things that I always felt more comfortable passing on.

Way to go!
We all rock.
