I am sure there are some of you out there that are in real despair over your condition. As hard as it is to do - remain steadfast in the belief you will get passed this. It took me a long time but I finally broke free from the snare. Light will break after each storm we encounter - Love to all - Steve

Thanks Steve for the encouragement...My alternative health doctor just told me, "the only one who can cure my depression is ME"...He has methods to identify the emotions causing problems (via a computer) and affirmations etc. to counteract. This is rather esoteric and patterned after a German doctor who of course been discredited by orthodox medicne... I will also be using Lucinda's tips...Best regards, Galaxie

I've gotten past most of the symptoms I had. I'm just having a hard time getting rid of the lightheadedness. It's a lot better than it use to be, but it's taking so long to go away.
