I feel really stressed out.. after listening to dogs bark for the past two hours i am furious and wanted to hit something and my body started hurting and aching now i feel confused liek everything is going fast and i have to hurry and i'm typing fast and doing things fast and i can't calm down or think straight.. i feel like i am extremely hungry and really tired like im craving something but don't know what and everything is irritating me and i can't slow down. I don't want to take the Ativan i have sicne i'm afraid of taking pills. My sleeping patterns are still messed up i sleep whenever im sleepy yet sometimes i force myself to stay up and i sleep 2 hours then the next day more hours then more than i shold then less its all messed up.. Is it my sleeping patterns causing all this stress? or is it my axiety and anger? can sleep cause this?


I keep dozing off then waking up then dozing off then waking up.. My body feels weird.. like it aches then it feels restless and feels like everything is going fast and idk what im doing..

Dear lostgirl,
I am soooo sorry that you are going through so much!!! You are experiencing VERY high anxiety!!! I would take that ativan, if it helps you!!!

You really need to take some very deep breaths and slow down every single thing you do!!!

Make a conscious effort to slow down your pace of typing, walking, talking and every single thing you are doing!!!

I think you need an anxiety medication, until you learn the tools to overcome these things!!!

Ativan is for anxiety!!! That is what it was made for!!! I pray that God gives you the courage to take the pill that He has blessed you with!!!

I would suggest that you google some very relaxing things on the internet!!! Water sounds or just relaxing nature sounds!!!

I love you dearly and will be praying for you dear friend of mine!!! God Bless you little lostgirl!!!

BTW: Your anger and anxiety is definitely causing you some major problems here!!! If you could get your anger under control, and lessen that anxiety level, then I am sure you would feel much better!!!

Remember anger hides fear!!! You need to deal with the fears!!! I would get me a piece of paper and a pen and I would write every single thought that pops into my mind, until I figured out what was making me feel so angry and anxious!!!

Writing is very therapeutic!!! Please take my advice and let those feelings free flow on paper my dear friend and I am sure you will find out what is bothering you sooo very much!!!

Thank you Ms T Bones, i love you too : ) i wanted to ask you if there is a way to stop the really strong anxiety without taking the pill? i've been thinking about it alot.. how do we change everything? like i know its hard to think positive when your body is aching and you feel all thesse emotions and worry and everything is going fast.. is it possible to be slown down again back to normal?
