tmann,
You need to start doing your program and be determined to finish it. You may even need to see a doctor about some temporary meds to calm you down if the program isn't enough. There are plenty of people on this forum who have been in your shoes--you are not alone in this. You absolutely can get better--you are just going to have to do the work to change your negative thinking.
What you had last Saturday was a panic attack. This program addresses them too. Please keep in touch with us and let us know how you are progressing. One of my friends said her coach told her not to call herself anxious, but a work in progress. That is what you will be when you start learning and using your coping skills .
It is all up to you to work on getting better--tyou can do it when you set your mind to it!
Best wishes for a full recovery.
