Just calm down, and count to ten and do your breathing, if not for yourself, for your baby boy. He doesn't understand, so try not to take it out on him. If you can, if you have the program, listen to your relaxation cd, even if you can't listen to it laying down, listen moving around. Read him a book, or try to take a walk just you and him outside so you both can get some fresh air. Good luck to you, and don't give up!!!

Thanks.
I went upstairs and told I was wrong. I apologized to him.

Okay remember that all parents at times may snap at the kids , dont give yourself more guilt then you deserve . You relized you may have over reacted , you took responsabilty for that and its okay to move on now . I am sure you are a great parent or you wouldnt even be upset right now . So try and relax and no that not all parents arent perfect !

Songwriter:
I think I realize how much you suffer when you think you've hurt the feelings of your young son. I've believed you when you tell how much you love him.
I feel so bad for you.
It is so hard to be even tempered and level headed all the time when one feels so much stress.
I want you to know that I have earnestly prayed for you that God would touch and you and heal you. And keep you calm.
Raising chiildren is a big job even when we feel good.
Forgive yourself and start over. We have to do that each day.
And like the previous poster said , there are no perfect parents.
You are just human you know.
Children are very resilient.
God bless you.
