I was listening to my usual radio program on the computer on Friday. It's located on middayconnection.org You can also go on there and listen to the archives to hear the show. It's a Christian program that usually consists of Christian authors. The author on Friday had written a book on PMS.
She said that 30 minutes of exercise a day was equivalent to 20 mg of an antidepressant a day! Just wanted to share that with you all. I've been exercising since 2005, and it helps me to keep going when I hear facts like that. Yesterday, I found a journal from before I stated exercising and doing this program. It was very clear that exercise and this program had a huge impact! I didn't deserve to live in so much pain.

Benefit of exercise
I agree that exercise helps to a degree. I have been doing taekwondo for 1 1/2 years now and I am a red belt. I love it! It is something that I do for ME! My whole life is about the kids, my husband, the church... This is MINE! I'm testing for recommended black belt this month, and I'm going to do the instructor trainning program, too. My routine gets me 2 1/2 hours twice a week. I just need to find something to do on days that I don't have class.
Although, I do admit that it would be nice if I could actually lose some weight. It's just glued on! LOL
