Do you work or stay at home. I have an hour drive to work and listen to the cds in the car. Another option is to by a little cd or cassette player with ear phones and listen to it while laying in bed before you fall asleep. If you do fall asleep, try to remember what you last heard and pick it up from there. Hope this helps.
Farmin' Mom: Welcome!
I started this Program in the summer when I got it. I work from home in the Summer so when my son was still asleep and my husband left for work, I would put my headphones on and listen to the cds. I also listened to them in the car when I drove to my office to pick-up work. I listened to them on my daily walks too. It is work, but it is worth it.
With three little ones you may need to get creative. Maybe if you get some time a couple evenings a week to take a bath and listen to them. My sister has two little boys at home while she is pursuing her pharmacy degree. When she is doing her homework, she moves to the dining room table with the boys, gives them crayons and paper and paint and they all work together. Maybe you could do something like that and play the cds.
Good Luck,
LisaLisa

I think it is great that your father wants to do this program with you. It will be very helpful to you to have a family member understand exactly what you are going through, how you feel and what to do to help you overcome this.
Certainly you can do this program alone but even in a marriage it is so helpful if the spouse understands what is going on and what role they can play (if they choose to) in helping the other to overcome anxiety disorder.
All you need to do is start the program now. My best to you. Come on the forum anytime for questions and support.

Wow, it is great to see that there are people out there that admit to the same kind of scary thoughts and feelings that I have. I can relate to the feeling of being overwhelmed with the thought of doing a program that is this involved, but after seeing the difference that it has made in the short time that I've been using it, I would have to say, keep on keeping on and remember that rome wasn't built in a day. We don't have to do anything perfectly. We just have to do the best that we can. Good luck and thank you for being so honest.
