More spaciness around the family than others...

Anyone have more spaciness and strange unreal feelings around their loved ones and families than other people. I get like this at times and feel very guilty because of it. After all the home should be a place of refuge and peace with the ones we love not a place for more anxiety. Can anyone relate?

Gators...There much be some kind of tension in the air around your loved ones...

That spacey feeling means that you are anxious, and if you are spacier around home, then, something must be going on there, which you are uncomfortable with....

You need to figure out why you are more anxious around these people? Is this your home? Do you feel like you have too many responsibilities here? Or, is it that you are afraid to be yourself around your loved ones, for fear, they will see your anxiety as a weakness?

You really need to question yourself on this one!!! You will find the answers, then, you can begin working on overcoming these obstacles...

BTW...Anxiety and spacey feelings are absolutely nothing to feel guilty about...Guilt trip, don't buy the ticket!!!
