I can use some help. I have learn how to control it before I'll be a panic attacks. I haven' t learn how to control my dizziness/spaciness. I get like that went my childrens are cry, when I am in a place or doing something I was dizzy before, when I am frustrate,when people are talking of somenthing I am NOT interest. I have been eating good all my life, work out 4/5 times week. I not avoid doing daily thinks because the spacy feels. But I really would like to control it. Red wine make me feel better, but I know its not the right remedee. I lost my relaxation cd. can any body help please Thank you

GSL - Do you have this particular program? If so, repeat it. Start with tape one and stay with each tape for one week. Follow along with the workbook. You must allow these feelings to come and go. They stay with you because you resist them. You do not have to like these sensations but in order to let go of them you must embrace them. See how they do not hurt you and allow them to come and go. Use your breath to help keep you present. While allowing you also want to practice being present with whatever you are doing. You will create a space for peace with this practice. A place of understanding that you are safe.
