I can totally relate, I get very dizzy and spacey it's like I'm not even there, sometimes I cant focus either. I don't necessarily think I have a brain tumor, but maybe the start of dementia or something. It usually subsides, I think we just give it too much attention instead of floating with it. This makes the symtoms worse, and we panic! Hopefully the program will help us overcome this fear, and these weird feelings. best of luck

I know all too well!! I am a huge hypocondriac and think that every strange feeling in my body is cancer or something else that will kill me. I hope this kind of thinking goes away. I hate it.

I can totally relate also.I was having headaches and getting dizzy.I scared myself so bad one night i ended up in the E.R.I got a CT scan and everything was good.My dizziness has gotten better though.I rarely am dizzy anymore thank god for that. The program will definitely help you.

Yup, can totally relate. One thing my doc told me that calmed me down is that brain tumor symptoms are unrelenting and just keep getting worse. So since you feel dizzy only sometimes and then the feeling goes away, that means it's not a brain tumor, but anxiety.
