My morning was ok, the soon I got to work I felt light head, I thought must be my sugar its low. So I drink a glass of oj with a turkey an cheese sandwich. I still feel light head. Every think its in my face the sun light from the window its too brigh, all the surounding is too crispy looking i fell I am in a dream I am soo space out. More I feel like that more I frick out to the point to have 3 mild panic attacks.It is getting worst every day. I dont enjoy my day any more, It is evening an I am allready think about tomorrowI dont whant to feel like that I am scare. How can I fight it? My spouse dont like me to get on drugs neder I whant to be on it. It must be an escape huth. Are those felling anxiety related? why I fell that strange? I never been so confused in my all life

Everything you are experiencing are anxiety and panic attacks symptoms...

I pray that you have the program!!!!

I suffered from agoraphobia, panic attacks, and depression for 21 years of my life!!!
You are definitely suffering from panic and anxiety...

You need to learn the coping tools now, since, you don't want to begin practicing "avoidance behaviors!"

I suggest that you click on "Community Connect with Others, and click on the "General Comments" part of this forum.

I have posted a thread called "Hello Everyone"...I suggest you read this first, then, look directly below that posting to the other I posted called "Overcoming a Panic Attack Video...

This video is very therapeutic....Please try this!!! I don't want anyone to suffer as I have suffered...God Bless!!!

Thank you Ms T Bones. I do have the program I am @ session six but from some reason I cant apply the tools I have ear from Ms Bassets. I will for sure go an find your posts. God Bless you to !!

Dear....I am sooo sorry that you are having trouble using the tools? I would love to help you.
Could you please tell me the reason that you can not use the tools???

Remember, they are embedded in your brain, and are there for you all the time....

I just need to know What about the tools do you find sooo difficult???

I have a big problem with light head an dizzy spils.I think my subconscion its programmed to send those fells. I just freck out an it is the only thing I think about all day " light head dizziness" I am stuck in that odssesive way of thinking over an over. In a very small part of my day when I feel fine, my brain swich on why I dont fell dizzy. An i get dizzy. I have dizziness for the entire day that I am @ work specialy when I walk. I think it is my obessive way of thinking thank you Ms T Bones

You really need to try and replace all those negative thoughts with thoughts which make you feel more safe, secure, healthy, and content...

You can place a rubber band on your wrist, and flip it when you find yourself thinking a negative thought, put a stop sign up in your mind's eyes, and replace with something more truthful and realistic, something positive which makes you feel good.

You need to also schedule a worry time. Each and every time a negative thought pops into your head, say, "I will think about this at 12 o'clock tomorrow"

You can surround your self with positivity which helps tremendously. Watching the video I posted on a regular basis will help tremendously..

Also, you may want to google every relaxation movie and slide show on the internet that you can come up with.

You can also type in "inspirational videos/slideshows" and fill your day with watching and listening to positive things....

I know what that dizziness, off balance, and spaciness feels like, and I do not want anyone to go through it!!!!
