Symptoms Driving me Crazy
I have working on dealing with my anxiety for about a year now. I do good but then the symptoms push me back. My biggest problems is the tingling/pins needle in the feet and my feet getting red and hot to the touch. This usually happens when I feel anxious or when I go walking and I think about it. I scheduled an appt for the doctor tomorrow, but I know I didn't have any of these things until the anxiety attacks started. So right now I feel like I could cry.
Aww Wisconsin hang in there! Nobody likes there body symptons that they get from anxiety...but they aren't going to hurt you. It's good that you're going to the doctor because he/she can talk to you about it and if there is an underlying cause then they'll figure it out, but otherwise it won't hurt you and you'll be fine. Just try to tell yourself you don't mind, maybe you'll end up convincing yourself that you really don't mind it. I wish you luck on you journey to recover
