Greetings,

Are you using the Attacking Anxiety program? I think it can help you a lot to reduce anxiety.

Sebo...Do not loose heart..You are going through a growth spurt...The best of us have those!!!

It is only natural when going through very stressful times to experience these "growth spurts"...

Refresh yourself on the program!!! We are all just human, and if we don't treat ourselves extra nice during these difficult times in our lives, then, we have a tendency to go through a period of these "growth spurts"....

Just refresh yourself a little bit, and use that relaxation tape, as well as, practice your deep-breathing exercises!!!!

This will pass...It is just going to take a little time...Trust me...

Have a great day...God Bless...

Just take a deep breath and remeber this time around you are alot more prepared! Just push through it be strong and remember if it went away in past and you got through it , you will get through it this time. P.s. Did you have trouble coming off the paxil at all , I am gonna start weaning of my zoloft and am super scared !!!

I suppose that it is like any other life skill or muscle or whatever - use it or lose it. I figure that I will need to review the tapes at various times the rest of my life. We probably all have some bad habits that can creep back into our lives if we aren't careful.

Listen to lessons 2, 3 and 4 again, and remember the ways you overcame anxiety previously. I'm sure you'll do great.
