fluid in ears

im always nervuos that im gonna get fluid in my ears and get dizzy. this happens to me sometimes. right now i feel a lil lightheaeded and im working myself up

I know what you mean about the fluid in the ears... I've had 2 bad cases of virtigo... The last one was in October and I couldn't lay flat for almost a week... Now when I lay down at night I worry that I'm getting dizzy! I usually am a bit dizzy and it is so annoying. You will get through your day and you are okay! We always seem to make it even when we don't think we will! Have you had your ears checked recently???
