Withdrawal Symptoms, Why?

I have been shaking everyday like I am withdrawing from drugs. I haven't been on any drugs since Jan 2010. My body feels like I have a vibrator on in my body and it is never turned off. Why is this happening? Is this anxiety and if it is, MY GOD!?!?!?

I am in Session 4 and it is going great, Session 3 really got me upset. What gives?

Can you tell us what meds you were taking?

It was a beta blocker, generic brand of the torpol. But I stop taking that in January 2010. Been on no meds since then. Just a multi vitamin.

Hi Madimac.....I don't know if this is the same thing but the inside of my body shakes like that sometimes, almost like my guts are jumping! I am told that it is an anxiety symptom because all tests have shown that there is no cause so...I have learned to go on and try to ignore it. This is extremely hard to do-the deep breathing helps. I hope you can get past this and feel better...you are in my prayers
