tired of feeling this way

i just feel exhausted. I'm realizing now a lot of people feel this way, anxiety problems or not. I think i need a dose of the program. Whenever i need help this is the place i reach out to and it's the only place i know where people truly understand. I'm tired but i need to start practicing the program again. Thanks for listening.

I definitely want better. I feel as if the walls are closing in. We must keep going for sake. God is the key to our peacefulness. You must believe that it will be okay.
