Help with negative/positive thought replacement

Hello everyone,

I need some help with replacing a few thoughts. I keep having these thoughts daily, hourly, where I do a role check on how I feel. Do I feel dizzy, do I feel light headed, do I feel off balance. Now, I realize that I have to have the thought to do these role checks, but I am not sure with what to replace them with. Could anyone please give me some good ideas on how to change the entire thought around??

You don't change these thoughts. You just have to ask yourself questions and eventually these symptoms disappear. I use this technique and it works for me. Try it may be it will help you too.
When I start having these symptoms I start asking myself a question #1 Am I feeling something that I have never felt before?
The answer is no...because you had these symptoms all the time when you are worry.
#2 Are they going to hurt me? No. I felt this way before and nothing happened to me. These thoughts mean nothing. It is just m y anxious mind. And then try to do something to take you mind of these feelings and thoughts. If you are going to concentrate on them then they are going to get worse. I know it is very challenging to work with negative positive dialogue but don't give up just do the best you can.

Not sure whether this speaks to your issue but to some extent we may have a choice as to how we feel: we can focus on ill feelings or good feelings whether they are physical or psychological. So I give myself the assignment to try and turn everything negative into a positive.

I turn to exercise and meditation including Qigong, standing meditation, to help me.
