I don't know where I'm supposed to start on here???

Hello,

I'm new and in true Generalized Anxiety Disorder style, I just spent the past 30 min looking through all the various boards and trying to decide where I am supposed to start to sign up for my "online support group" that she talks about. A little irritated with myself that I waisted so much time reading through all the different categories and clicking on buttons to try to get to the right place and just ended up posting here when I guess I could have done that to begin with. I just started the program, so I'm not sure if I'm supposed to go to the November Group or December group. The Nov group had people from many years ago, so they won't be in the same spot as me....but there really wasn't a december group yet.

Please help!!!

Hi I am in the same situation that you are. I also find it a little difficult to find where I should be to post comments...so seeing your post is a good place to start
My name is Cate...and have dealt with anxiety/panic attacks for about 40 years...since I was a teenager! I have never really had a program that has truly helped me until now. I am very happy with my progress over the last 6 months. The lessons are a large part of my life right now and I have definitely moved forward with this help. How are you doing with your progress?

On the index page scroll down to the third heading (Combatting Stress and Depression Program Program. Then go the proper session. Do not go to the sections beyond this. They are old messages catalogued by month. Some of the session boards are pretty inactive. Thanks for sharing I started this program in April of '09. Since then they have "upgraded" the site & I haven't used it much cause I find it hard to get around. I wish the site had some tutorials this would be helpful for beginners. I think I will post this to the staff. Have a wonderful Christmas.

I am also finding it difficult to navigate around this site...just like you, Layha Rae, I started this program in March of 2009 & this site has changed so much...the last time I was on was in November 2009 & was suprised to see all the changes...but since I'm giving the program another try, I will do the same with this site...
