Headaches are often caused by stress. I hear you say that you're afraid of getting dizzy. Has that actually happened? I used to get major migraines that would send me running to a dark bedroom. I found that magnesium supplements help (check with your doctor) and ice on the back of my neck gave some relief too.
The power of the mind is amazing. Wouldn't it be wonderful to have your mind making you feel better instead of working against you? Maybe you can get a checkup to make sure there are no physical problems causing the headaches, and if not, try going back to the beginning of the program and practice relaxation.
You have my sympathy. Sometimes it all seems insurmountable, but when we chip away at the problems, we can finally see the sun. Hang in there and don't forget that there are many many people here who understand exactly how you feel.
