Week 2
So I feel like I am getting better and I am losing motivation to keep going with the program or more like laziness. My anxiety and panic is a lot less and I feel like I have a good grasp on it but I am fearful of relapse. I guess, I just want the "old" me back. I come on here to check the discussions but I feel like it has been kind of quiet lately and not much new topics to discuss. Does anyone else feel that way? Also, has anyone tried any of the anxiety connect or depression connect apps on the iPhone? I find them interesting as well. I'm just trying to spark up a conversation.

I'm so glad to know you are getting better, but you are only on Session 2 and I would suggest that you keep on and do the rest of them and the work book. You'll never know how much better you could feel if you don't complete the course.

Very true, thank you for responding. I am repeating the 2nd week because I felt that I wasn't putting enough effort into it. Maybe that is why I am feeling like I want to quite because I already messed up.

Yes, yes, please keep at it. Take your time but stick with it. We need all the success stories we can gather. Glad you are here.
