need help making wise decisions

Everyone I have question. I am currently on unemployment and I make more money on unemployment than a regular part time hourly job. I am in deperate need of a certified pre-owned car something that is at least two to three years old. I have never heard of anyone buying another car while in unemployment. My old car is sucking me dry in car repairs!! I worry about everything and my anxiety gets the best of me sometimes. I really don't have people around me that can help me make good decisions. Its lke i am rebuilding this car from the ground. With all the repairs that it needs. the biggest thing is that it needs a new engine and like I said, i feel like i am rebuilding this car from the ground up. WIth the engine being replaced i aslo have to replace the whole exhaust system. What worries me is that will i not be able to make the car payments, insurance payments, and the property tax fee which is a one time fee you pay every year in the state I live in. I am also suffering from depression because of the people around me. Broke, financially unstable manipulative parents, free loading siblings, and i can't take it anymore. But anyway, I just need to know what you guys think about the car situation. I found a great used car that is price two thousand dollars below the blue book value and it is two years old. Your help is very much appreciated.
