I can't seem to ignore.

People tell me to ignore people if they rub me the wrong way, but sometimes ignoring people is VERY hard.

How do I try to ignore people?

I know, ignoring people is hard. Sometimes you just gotta practice. It takes patience and keep telling yourself you're okay and see if you can be away from people until you feel stronger. Praying helps me, just remember you're not alone. Paislee
