I have realized that I am afraid to finish the program because I am afraid that when I do that I still won't be any better. For the past month or so my anxiety and panic attacks have been alot more frequent. I have stayed in panic mode now for two days. I tried to start back on some of the materials today but realized that I was afraid to. What if I finish and it does not help. Please help. I am at my witts end.

Of course, this program is going to help you recover!!! I have never heard of anyone completing this program, and it not helping them!!!
I was agoraphobia for 21 years of my life...I lived in a constant state of panic, accompanied by depression!!!!
My life has changed sooo much for the better...I can come and go as I please!!! I appreciate my life, and I am very thankful to be alive!!! I live my life to its fullest!!!
Do not allow your negative way of thinking to get the better of you...Replace those negative thoughts with more positive realistic thoughts!!!

I just finished the program and I'm not completely better or anything. I think it works different for everyone. I feel a lot better than I did when I started it. But like Lucinda said in the program it takes 15 weeks to go through the program, not to completely recover. We have the tools to get better basically, now we just have to use them, and get used to using them. Don't be hard on yourself if your not better by the end of the program. Just relax, go through the program and try to do everything they tell you to do. Don't judge yourself

It is about putting what you have learned into action, and to keep using the tools after you have completed the program...
When I say tools, I mean continue using your positive self talk...Surround yourself with positivity as often as you can!!! Get out there and make the most of your moments!!!
This program sure was a life-saver for me, of course, with the help of the Almighty God!!!
I think we all need to practice our faith along with the program...I think that is why the Spirituality section of this program is sooo needed!!!

I finished the program by mother's day and I feel like I have tools now but it's up to me to free myself from this fear. I am still having anxious thoughts but I don't feel like I'm in the same place I started.
The program isn't what is doing the work - you really have to do it. And I have to do it. I wasn't agoraphobic so I feel like my issues are more of a challenge since I don't face the same fears on an every day basis, mine occur just every now and then. I never had problems leaving the house or going to the store or driving around town so I functioned fine on an every day level.
Although, I have some situations in the next month that I have to face and I feel some anxiety about them but I keep telling myself that it's okay to feel this way.
You HAVE to work the program, the program doesn't work you, so it's up to *you* to get the ball rolling.
Just remember YOU AREN'T ALONE!! It did take me 15 weeks to get through it, I'm far along but I have work to do, as we all do, the program isn't a magic pill but a tool and a very helpful one at that.

I have had the same problems. listening to session 4 again today, I realize that my perceptions are not realistic at all. I am a perfectionist and always beating myself up.
