Overcame Anxiety and phobias in 2006 with this program and God

I've been doing very good since 2006 with the help of this program but first and foremost God, I was able to make it. I was able to overcome almost every fear. The root of my anxieties were Emetophobia- a fear of vomiting. More so a fear of losing control/ wondering if others would judge or help. Lately, I've been experiencing a height of anxiety in my life like never before, and I have had several life changes and things happen that are stressful whether good or bad, I still have the audio to this program, I think I'm going to listen to it again and take a refresher course. Right now I've been fearing having anxiety again and it's been giving me anxiety if that makes sense!

the word of God says
God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power love and of a sound mind. I choose to stay in my sound mind. Will you?
